IREES Annual conference 2025

This year, the entire team once again took a whole day to review our development and actively shape our future.

A lot has happened over the past year! 🚀
➡️ New colleagues have joined us (🤝Antonia Kranz, Michelle Antretter, Robert Maertens, Jan Kellershohn), a new managing director joined our management team in May (🤝 Heike Brugger), and our business areas have been restructured – with new responsibilities and fresh impetus.

That’s why it was important for us to use the retreat to highlight the strengths, perspectives, and visions for the future of all team members.
In addition to the usual review and outlook for business development in 2024/2025, as well as updates from our business areas SOWI, NAGI, and KIU, we held a team workshop to discuss our individual and collective strengths, developed a vision board with images of the future for IREES and our team, and further optimized key organizational processes – from a clearer structure for doctoral projects to the further development of our offering and sales processes.

This means we are entering the new year feeling stronger and highly motivated. #2026 will be exciting – and we look forward to taking the next steps together.
