IREES Christmas Party 2025

At this year’s 🤶 Christmas party 🎅, we looked back on an intense and successful year 2025 – and above all on what makes us special as a team.

👋 We welcomed many new colleagues 👉Antonia Kranz, Jan Kellershohn, Robert Maertens, Michelle Antretter

🦸‍♀️ Since May, we have had additional support in our management team, and Heike Brugger has brought not only fresh ideas but also 🐾 Bascha: IREES now has an office dog 🐶 (one that can even sing!).

🎸 Another real highlight was the founding of the IREES Band – scientific expertise now meets musical talent.

🌍 And, of course, we have also made a lot of progress in terms of content: Together, for example, we have further advanced the heat transition nationally and internationally and actively helped shape the decarbonization of industry and the building sector – in municipalities, companies, and at the political level.

With this momentum behind us, we are looking ahead: #2026 will be marked by the further implementation of the Building Energy Act (GEG), the completion of municipal heating plans for large cities by mid-2026, and decisive progress in the decarbonization of industry. These are issues that challenge and drive us.
