Refurbishment options for private non-residential buildings in Hamburg
π π Climate neutrality in Hamburg buildings – complex challenges and complex solutions in three IREES workshops
Together with the Γko-Institut e.V. Institute, IREES organized three workshops on the refurbishment of non-residential buildings in the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg on behalf of the Ministry of the Environment, Climate, Energy and Agriculture (BUKEA) and the Ministry of Economics and Innovation (BWI). Representatives from trade/commerce/industry, the real estate industry and the social, health and cultural sectors were invited.
And the result? Many interesting insights into the respective obstacles to redevelopment as well as discussions on possible instruments that could provide a remedy. The results of the three workshops will be incorporated into proposals for a Hamburg redevelopment strategy.
We would like to thank all participants for the exciting input and interesting insights into their daily work and the challenges they face.
