9. Webinar KNN: Contracting

9th KNN webinar on the topic of contracting 💡
This week, we gained exciting insights into the topic of contracting and its potential for SMEs in the KNN’s 9th webinar.
Christian Kaiser from KEA Klimaschutz- und Energieagentur Baden-Württemberg GmbH (KEA-BW) gave us an introduction to the two central contracting models of supply and savings contracting. Using concrete examples of implementation, he showed how SMEs have successfully used these models to leverage energy efficiency potential. Lisa Heimbach and Daniel Münch from ENGIE Deutschland presented best-practice examples in which companies achieve impressive energy savings through customized contracting agreements and support companies in achieving their climate targets in the long term. In an interactive workshop, we then analyzed and discussed the contracting potential in the KNN companies.
