Our project on non-residential buildings in Hamburg came to a successful conclusion with the fourth and final workshop. The following day, we were able to present the results in a presentation that summarized the many months of collaboration and various findings.

❓ Together with the Oeko-Institut (Malte Bei der Wieden, Tanja Kenkmann), we developed possible instruments for a refurbishment strategy for Hamburg’s non-residential buildings in the project for the Ministry of the Environment, Climate, Energy and Agriculture (BUKEA) and Hamburg Innovativ (Ministry of Economics and Innovation, BWI). Our work also includes the obstacles faced by various stakeholder groups and potential solutions that have been proposed, for example, in a series of industry dialogues.
