This study is intended to support the working group on energy system analysis of the Ministry of the Environment, Climate and Energy of Baden-Württemberg in providing a common knowledge base for the discussion of different development paths in the energy and transport sector. Furthermore, information deficits are to be identified which should be remedied. This study serves as a basis for the coordination of the further agenda of the working group and the derivation of recommendations for action for state policy.
