Tanja Bratsch has been employed as a junior scientist at IREES since September 2019. Until June 2019 she worked on her master thesis on energy efficiency in industrial companies in the IREES project “LEEN 100 plus”. She studied sociology at the University of Heidelberg with a focus on theoretical and methodologically sound organizational and institutional analysis.
In 2015, she gained initial experience in the field of application-oriented research and the handling of sustainability-related problems during a three month internship at the Institute for Ecological Economy Research (IÖW) in Heidelberg in the field of ecological product policy. Tanja Bratsch then worked as a research assistant at Fraunhofer ISI in Karlsruhe from July 2016 to September 2018.
